IMC International Management & Trust Company was formerly known as MeesPierson Trust Aruba. MeesPierson is a large provider of corporate and trust services with a network of offices in both major onshore as well as traditional offshore locations, such as Aruba.

At the end of 2001 the management of MeesPierson Trust Aruba agreed with MeesPierson on a management buy-out of their Aruba office.

As of January 1, 2002 the name of the company has been changed into IMC International Management & Trust Company (IMC Trust). All staff and personnel have since then remained with IMC Trust, thus guaranteeing our clients the same high quality of services they were used to be offered.
